Cotswolds Hotel Golf and Spa Wedding Photography

The Cotswolds Hotel & Spa boasts 100 bedrooms from suites to studios, all offering a modern contemporary styling for a comfortable stay. Spa treatments are available, and the golf course is regarded as one of the finest in the county.

The Cotswolds Hotel Golf & Spa nestles in the gorgeous green Cotswolds rolling hills. The stunning 300 seat Ballroom provides a most romantic setting with its high ceilings and large dance-floor. Whilst the views over the serene landscape from its huge windows are very special.

Chippy’, as the nearby town is affectionately known by locals, is a historic Cotswold market town. It’s renowned for its antique and diverse shops, including a regular market. The lively town centre bustles with local shoppers and far away visitors. There is a great selection of restaurants, and top quality entertainment at the excellent theatre.  There are plenty of historical sites too, including the Grade I listed St Mary’s Church, Bliss Mill and the Town Hall.  Chipping is derived from Chepynge meaning long Market Square in Medieval English.

I’ve only ever photographed this one wedding at The Cotswolds Hotel Golf and Spa venue. But if I had to pick my favourite backdrop, it would have to be when we ventured out on to the fabulous golf course with the venue’s buggies. When the weather permits, the staff very kindly offer to take the newlyweds and the photographer out on to the course.

There’s just so many incredible views through this serene parkland. The wonderful ponds provided a great backdrop! So I was in photo heaven for this 15 minute jaunt through this majestic and mature landscape!
