Barn Wedding Photography
Photographing Buckinghamshire Barn Weddings
Buckinghamshire barn weddings are so popular at the moment, and they represent unique photography opportunities. Many barn venues local to me in Buckinghamshire tell me they are getting more bookings than ever before. So many couples fall in love with these charming rustic wedding venues, with their fabulous aged oak beams, their high ceilings, and their lovely countryside locations. The atmosphere that a barn creates on a wedding day is unique, and for many couples it’s their dream ambience.
In the gallery above you’ll see some of the most recent photographs from barn weddings I’ve attended in the Home Counties area.
Buckinghamshire Barn Venues
These include the following barn venues in Buckinghamshire: The Tudor Barn in Burnham, Notley Tythe Barn near Thame, Old Luxters Barn near Henley on Thames, Ye Olde Bell in Hurley, Chenies Manor near Chorleywood and Monkton Barn near Marlow. The Five Arrows Hotel also has a gorgeous rustic coach house which seats up to 60 guests in their wonderful Waddesdon location.
Hertfordshire Barn Venues
In Hertfordshire, Brocket Hall near Welwyn Garden City has far reaching lakeside views. The Priory’s very spacious barn in Little Wymondley is just gorgeous too. Micklefield Hall in Sarratt also has a beautifully restored barn, and I’ve photographed some stunning weddings there. Great Fosters‘ magnificent huge barn in Egham is a stunning option if you’re looking for a Surrey wedding venue.
Berkshire Barn Venues
For couples in the Berkshire area, Lillebrooke Manor near Maidenhead is an amazing rural hidden gem. 170 guests can be accommodated in the great medieval barn, with up to 120 guests in their smaller barn.
These mostly medieval barns in the Home Counties provide amazing backdrops for your wedding photography. If you’re looking for a photographer for your barn wedding in the Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire area, I’d love to hear from you.
